We at Power Zeni offer different plans to customers so that they can choose the right plan for their needs.
Instant Purchase Plan with Full Payment
Cash on Delivery with Part Payment
Subscription to Power Zeni+
The customer can choose the INSTANT Purchase Plan, in which the Customer pays the full payment and takes ownership from day one.
COD with Part Payment: Customers can select this plan, which allows them to make a downpayment on delivery and make part payments until the final order amount is paid. Installation will bel done once KYC, agreement and downpayment are successfully processed.
In the Subscription Plan, the customer can use the service only by paying the subscription fee. Here customer enjoys power backup + free installation + free relocation + free servicing & maintenance.
For Subscription Plan
The minimum subscription period is for 6 months for which the customer needs to make an upfront payment for the entire duration + applicable security deposit (refundable after adjusting failed payments if any).
Power Zeni retains the right to change the subscription prices at any time, at its sole discretion. However, any increase in the applicable prices will be communicated to the consumer beforehand.
2. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION
From day one, customers will receive the invoice in their name in the INSTANT and COD Purchase Plan.
For the Subscription Model, Power Zeni charges a monthly subscription fee, and the asset will be owned by Indiyanet Online Private Limited.
We accept all payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards, Net banking, Bank Transfers, UPI, and cash.
For the COD plan where the customer opts for part payment after paying the required downpayment, failure to pay 2-consecutive payments will result in the return of the product as per the agreement.
Non-payment after the due date leads to a penalty of Rs.10 per day.
In the Subscription plan if the customer opts for cash payment then payment needs to be made within 8 days of invoice creation. Failing to do so will result in instant cancellation of the plan and return of the product.
Subscription: Customers with the auto-debit mandate will be debited at the end of the billing cycle after which they will get a transaction invoice.
3.CANCELLATION REFUNDS & RETURN Policy
For the Subscription Model,
The customer must pay a refundable security deposit and the monthly subscription fee. The security deposit is interest-free for the duration of the deposit.
After Power Zeni successfully collects the product from the customer 's possession and inspects it for quality, the security deposit is returned to the customer via the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
If the payment mode for the subscription is cash, then customers need to initiate cancellation via Power Zeni app before 10 days of the due date, failing which an invoice will be generated and the customer will be bound to make the payment for that billing cycle.
For customers who have opted for cash payment, refunds will be issued to their bank accounts.
In case the Power Zeni technical team discovers any damage in the Inverter or battery then damages will be deducted from the security deposit before refunding.
Plan cancellation or modification can only be done via the Power Zeni mobile app.
In case of cancellation of the subscription plan, the customer will only get all benefits in the ongoing billing cycle.
Auto-debit customers can cancel their plan any day before the due date.
No refund will be issued for a billing cycle after 48 hours of the transaction being successfully processed.
For Instant Purchase & COD Part Payment Plan
Customers can cancel/return their orders before the start of the installation process to be eligible for a 100% refund.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For customers who have opted for cash payment, refunds will be issued to their bank accounts.
4. DELIVERY AND RELOCATION
After the customer confirms the order, Power Zeni will deliver the Product(s) to the location specified within 24-48 Hours. The customer does not need to pay the delivery charges.
The customer must be present at the delivery location at the delivery time. In case of unavailability, the customer must appoint someone as his representative, who shall communicate this to Power Zeni before the delivery.
Upon delivery, the customer and their designated representative must check the product or products for quality issues and damage.
Power Zeni will replace any products damaged in transportation or rendered unusable at its own expense.
Customers are advised not to relocate the product or products themselves. They are responsible for covering the cost of any damages that occur while they attempt to relocate without informing Power Zeni.
A relocation request must be raised via the Power Zeni app atleast one week in advance.
Once the request has been made, Power Zeni technicians will be assigned for the relocation task.
If Power Zeni cannot service the relocated place, the customer can choose from other plans in our portal. If the customer doesn't want to continue the service, a full refund will be transferred to the customer's account after deducting any pending amount as per the agreement and other Terms and Conditions.
5. Damage & Maintenance
If the product (s) are damaged, stolen (including disappearance), or lost, the customer is responsible for paying for their repair or replacement.
Any number, lettering, or symbol removed, altered, defaced, or covered up on any product will be deemed damage to the product and will be billed to the customer.
Power Zeni will maintain the products delivered to customers for the term of the agreement or upon the customer's request.
The periodic maintenance does not cover any damage or malfunction brought on by the customer's improper handling.
Customers can raise a repair or maintenance request via the Power Zeni app and the same will be attended to within 3 working days.
Throughout the agreement (for subscriptions and part payment via COD) Power Zeni retains the right to check the product or products provided to the customer with prior notice.
6. Termination
The following activities lead to the termination of the agreement and return of the product:-
Default of payments for two consecutive months.
Mishandling of Product
Breach of any terms & conditions
7. Ownership of the product
The ownership will be in the consumer's name in the Instant Purchase Plan & COD part payment plan.
For the Subscription Model,
Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted as giving the customer the ownership of the product or products.
Without Power Zeni’s explicit authorization, the customer cannot assign or transfer interest in this agreement or the product.
Any such assignment or transfer will be deemed unlawful and will, therefore, constitute a breach of this agreement.
8. General
Without notice, Power Zeni retains the right to cancel any orders, whole or in part, before delivery. In this case, the deposit refund process will start, and the customer will have the money back in their original account in 7–10 working days. For cash transactions, money will refunded to the customer's bank account.
The customer's present and future orders are unrelated to their earlier purchases.
After your subscription period, the customer must transfer the exact product to Power Zeni.
Our technicians or representatives are highly professional experts in their respective fields. Therefore, customers must behave with them with dignity and respect.
Violating any terms and conditions may cancel your subscription, and Power Zeni reserves the right to seize the product.
The laws of India shall govern this Agreement and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
